About Us

Arthur Arsenault started the company in 2006 after working for smaller CPA firms for several years. In 2014, Susan Cline and Arthur merged their practices. Arsenault & Cline serves small businesses and their owners, and individuals.

Susan Cline, CPA

Susan has worked in public accounting since 1996.  Prior to that, she worked in industry as a Controller.  She works with clients in several industries including farms, manufacturing and service organizations, as well as, high net worth individuals.  Susan also provides CFO/Controller services.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Northeastern University and Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University.  Susan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Arthur Arsenault, CPA

Arthur has been a CPA since 1999. His client base includes manufacturing, service and real estate investors.  He is past President of the Chelsea Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Chelsea Zoning Board of Appeals, and actively involved in the Taste of Chelsea which benefits HarborCOV, and the Star of Bethlehem Lodge in Wakefield.
